TUESDAY - "Taco Tuesday" - Copycat Chipotle Beef Barbacoa (crockpot) served on a salad or in a wrap
WEDNESDAY Sweet Caramelized Asian Pork with rice and sauteed veggies
THURSDAY - Hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans
FRIDAY - "Fast Food Friday" - Take Out, Pizza, or left overs
SATURDAY - "Breakfast for Dinner" - Make-Ahead Breakfast Enchiladas
